Jen comes from a big, loud, and vibrant family who have taught her many valuable lessons and morals that she carries through her practice. Most important to her are passion, respect and empathy, as well as being able to appreciate the social and cultural aspect of food and nutrition. Jen believes that life is to be lived and food is to be enjoyed – all in moderation of course. 


Jen has always had a great passion for food and nutrition, and the critical role it plays on one’s physical health and wellbeing. She aims to showcase the importance of a balanced lifestyle, promote healthy eating practices and good nutrition and empower others to make the best health choices for themselves, and their health status. 


Jen’s areas of interest include gastroenterology, chronic disease management, food intolerances and cardiology, among many other areas of nutrition.
